this blog is on hiatus until next year sometime. even when i resume use, i will not be updating frequently as i will not have regular access to a computer. happy holidays everyone and have a great new year! but first, a random update before i return to the murky depths of work (!!) only to resurface at some unknown point in time: i won a poetry contest! woo-hoo.
